About the Role
Our client, who is a national leading packaging company, located on the outskirts of Ely are looking for a Quality Assurance Operative to join their team!
The Role:
Your main purpose will be to guarantee the production of top-tier quality products, committing to upholding the highest standards of hygiene within the factory.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to the production team, ensuring all products are packed to the highest quality standards.
Guarantee the precision packing of products according to customer specifications.
Promptly addressing any quality concerns, escalating when necessary and documenting them to ensure they are fully compliant with the non-conformance procedure.
Maintaining adherence to both the Factory Hygiene Standards and HACCP systems, promptly reporting any issues to the Technical and Quality Manager.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packed products and diligently fulfilling all other required QA tasks in a timely fashion.
Proactively contribute as a vital member of the Technical and Quality team continually seeking ways to enhance the efficiency of the factory operations.
Carry out and document daily/weekly GMP inspections and report all findings to the management team.

Proactive team player
Individual who is highly organised and can apply excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Experience within Food Hygiene and HACCP would be beneficial but is not required.
