Our client who has more than 30 years' experience in the chemistry industry has an exciting opportunity for a sales office supervisor to join their team.
The main function of this role is to oversee the busy sales office and help service the forever growing export partners our client already has on board. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an export environment and will have the ability to supervise a team.
Coordination of export orders from original receipt to despatch.
Ability to build rapport and grow relationships with partners through telephone and administrative contact.
Supervise sales team making effective plans to maximise daily activities.
Train new/existing staff.
Maintain CRM system to make sure database is up to date.
Liase with manufacturing and laboratory departments to make sure orders are moving efficiently throughout the business in accordance to client’s timeframes.
Experience of export procedures and documentation.
