Sales Administrator

Our Client, based just outside Ely, is a family owned business and is one of the largest suppliers of products to the reptile industry.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • First point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls and dealing with emails
  • Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis handling queries, orders and complaints
  • Learning about products to be able to answer customer queries
  • Processing sales orders
  • Maintaining and updating customer information accurately on the company’s system
  • Working as part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaising with external courier companies to provide customer updates and resolve any delivery issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, good IT skills including MS Office and experience of a sales order system would be a bonus.  A sales background would also be an advantage.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
