PA / Office Assistant

Our Client, based near Ely, is looking for a well organised individual to join their team. Working directly with the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will have good administration skills and have a pro-active “can-do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open post and check all email inboxes
  • Print invoices and file for payment
  • Answer office telephone
  • Assist the Managing Director on specific projects
  • Advertise empty units
  • Manage social media/websites
  • Assist in drawing up Heads of Terms
  • Oversee the implementation of leases for all units
  • Attend meetings with tenants and take minutes
  • Obtain & file all contractor and tenant insurance docs
  • Arrange and manage all insurance renewals
  • Carry out fire risk assessments ensuring any required works are carried out and completed
  • Regular fire alarm testing
  • Manage all Road Haulage Association requirements including: paperwork, drivers eyesight checks, input working time directives info, arrange vehicle servicing& MOT’s, handle PCN’s

Key Skills

  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literate – good working knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills

This is a permanent role with part-time / flexible working hours, 2 – 3 days per week.
