The Role

Working within the Test, Termination and Load-Out Team you will be responsible for the assembly of subsea metal work and the test and verification conformance of all products manufactured. 

Main Responsibilities:

Ensuring all work is in accordance with individual manufacturing specifications, FAT procedures, quality plans, relevant JQ procedures & any other test critieria

Mechanical assembly of termination parts and subsea electrical connectors within the specific scope of supply as well as swaging of hydraulic/pneumatic hoses & their integhration to stab plates, winches & QRC’s to ensure agreement with manufacturing specifications

Assist with training of others to ensure compliance

Ensure cleanliness & tidiness complying to Health & Safety requirements and policies

Requirements

An electrical background is essential, hydraulic background would be benefifical

17th Edition Electrical

PC literate

Willingness to learn & follow set procedures

Proven experience in fault finding and problem solving using tools such as 8D and S.R.E.D.I.M

Experience in tronic terminations and reeler completion would also be beneficial

This position is on a weekly rotating shift pattern of days and nights , Monday to Thursday from 6am to 6pm day shift and 6pm to 6am night shift. 

The position also has the added benefit of a 20% shift allowance.

The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for advising employees on all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment within the business, this will include setting up initiatives to ensure that the company complies with health, safety and environment legislations.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare written reports on HSE issues for presentation to group audiences.
• Assist in the design and delivery of safety training programs throughout JDR to improve safety awareness and comply with current legislation.
• Communicate and promote standards to management and employees.
• Carry out routine inspections of machinery, chemicals, emergency equipment and evacuation procedures.
• Develop and implement HSE induction programs with reference to written standards.
• Develop and implement environmental controls to meet current legislation requirements.
• Assist the QHSE manager in conducting internal audits.
• Set up systems for and carry out risk assessments as necessary. Implement corrective actions resulting from risk assessments with management approval.
• Assist with incident and accident investigations

The Role

To assist with the efficient and effective management of the functions of health & safety and environmental issues with the factory’s operations.

Main Responsibilities

To conduct general risk assessments throughout the factory

Assist with health & safety procedures and policies ensuring they are implemented correctly and comply with relevant standards.

Confident communicating with statutory authorities.

Requirements

The role

Working with the technical and production teams, the successful applicant will perform checks throughout the business to make sure the correct processes are being followed during the course of production.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out shelf life assessments on products reporting the results via Navision
• To conduct audits and checks on product standards to ensure customer specifications
• To conduct audits across the site on GMP, process controls, and traceability paperwork
• Taking regular water and product samples for testing 
• Work within the department controls to ensure the departments KPI’s are adhered to.
• Work in production at times when not required to do relief duties in the Technical department.
• Assist with benchmarking, of competitor products

Main Responsibilities :

• To assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the building systems and related regulatory requirements.  These systems include but are not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical and emergency systems. 
• To develop knowledge of SJIC plant rooms.
• To undertake the refurbishment of tenant offices which will include redecoration, replacing ceiling and lights, re-carpeting, installing data networks, replacing or repairing kitchen areas
• To undertake Health and Safety routine testing e.g water tests, light tests.

Requirements:

• 2 years previous maintenance experience
• Literate, numerate & IT literate
