We are recruiting Picker/Packers for our Client based in Papworth Everard for an immediate start.  You will responsible for picking, preparing and packing high quality fruit and vegetables ready for distribution.  

You will need to have good attention to detail, with a good level of spoken and written English.

Experience in a similar warehouse / distribution environment will also be an advantage.  

The hours are from 1pm to 9pm (8 hours minimum) with the possibility of moving to the late shift starting at 8pm to 4/5am, Monday to Friday with an extra day over the weekend.

Successful candidates will need to be flexible regarding working hours.

We are currently looking for Technical Coordinators to monitor the quality of the raw material and finished product on line to our customer specifications, also ensuring the utilizing of the raw material.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • To be responsible for personal Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of team and other workers.
  • At the start of each production shift, ensure that all relevant line pre-start checks have been carried out and signed off. Confirm that any follow-up actions required have been reported to the Shift Coordinator.
  • Ensure that you monitor the upkeep of the machinery and ensure that it operates to its fullest potential.
  • Must have a good understanding and knowledge of customer specifications with the ability to flag any out of specification material via the escalation process.
  • Accurately complete all relevant documentation and record required data in Navision.
  • Minimise downtime on the line, via the optimisation of machine running speeds and targets.
  • Responsible for ensuring work area is tidy.
  • To ensure that hygiene standards within the factory and machinery are maintained.
  • Accurate recording of information relating to quality of product or its constituent parts, ensuring any appropriate action is taken when out of specification occurs.
  • Adhere to the current factory KPI’s and promote continuous improvement.
  • Any Other Duties, which may be required by the Manager.

We are looking for an Environmental Waste Technician to join our Client based in Littleport.

The main responsibility of the role will be to provide effective cleaning standards to the premises within a planned timetable and manage the site waste.  

Duties to include:

Manage waste area ensuring all waste is seperated and disposed of correctly working with the waste disposal contractor and ensuring all documentation is properly maintained and managed

Monitor waste disposal rates ensuring targets for reduction are achieved

Maintain yard area in a clean and hazard free state eliminating any risk of injury

Maintain pathways and assist the maintenance team with minor facility repairs

Assist production and goods inwards during busy periods as required
