Due to our client’s imminent expansion we’re currently looking for Internal Sales Coordinators to join their team based just outside Ely. Working in a small team in a fast-paced environment, you’ll work with our client’s customers ensuring they receive a quick and efficient service. The suitable candidate will have previous experience in sales, in particularly in the construction field.

Main Duties

  • Update quote logs daily – Order to place quote management
  • Establish, develop & maintain relationships with contractors/consultants/designers & merchants
  • To promote the full range of concrete products
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers, increasing business opportunities through various routes to market to maximize profit margins
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • To promote the innovation of any new products

Additional Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • Confident personality with excellent communication and people skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Be organised and have the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Show good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated to arrange daily diary and work as part of a team without constant supervision

The role

Working in a fast paced busy environment you’ll ensure that all products are despatched correctly in accordance with the agreed customer vehicle schedule. The ideal candidate will hold forklift licences & have previous experience in a warehouse or production environment where accuracy of work is essential.
