Our client is looking for an Administrator.

Responsibilities

Common tasks include:

  • Word processing
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
  • Organising travel for staff w
  • Work with the Quality Auditor to update and modify current SOP’s.
  • Create and document new procedures with the Technical Auditor and Manager.
  • Improve the electronic Technical drive.

Centre Administrator

Our client is looking for an administrator for a fixed term period of 12 months to provide cover for maternity leave. Hours of work are 22.5 per week

to be worked 3 days per week.



Duties include:

• Opening/closing the premises.
• Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries.
• Acting as first point of call for visitors, contractors and tenants.
• Marketing and promoting the business centres.
• Advising tenants of availability of units within the centre.
• Administer the bookings process.
• Preparation of conference rooms for meetings.
• Maintaining database records.

Requirements:

• Two GCSE’s (A-C including English and Maths) or equivalent work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good telephone manner.
• Be comfortable in a customer service environment.
