Our client has an exciting opportunity for an office administrator to join their ever-growing team in Ely Cambridgeshire. The Office Administrator will become part of a friendly, flexible team offering day to day organisation, covering booking keeping and general administration roles.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating and communicating our client invoicing, supplier payments and expenses. You will be responsible for submission of VAT, Pension and Wage data to the relevant bodies. You will monitor the project Purchase Order budgets and keep employees informed of the balance of purchase order values. You will be the central contact for the business during your working hours.
