Business Administrator

Our Client, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products based just outside Ely, is looking for a Business Administrator to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to colleagues for the implementation of a quality management system
  • Organising and co-ordinating the development of documents, administration of the associated digital and paper files and monitoring progress in preparation for an ISO submission.
  • Be integral to the day to day workings of the business, handling administration, order processing, invoicing and sales reporting, as well as liaising with colleagues and customers to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Liaise with and keep all outsourced HR and Health and Safety Procedures relevant and up to date

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience and possess the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

You must have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and attention to detail. 

You must have effective written and verbal communication skills to enable you to build excellent relationships with your colleagues, customers and suppliers, as well as being adaptable and versatile in contributing to the wider business.

A basic understanding of quality management and regulatory processes would be preferred but is not essential.
