Our client based on the outskirts of Ely is looking for Administrator/Accounts Assistant on temporary basis to cover holiday on 3 week period.
• Process weekly timesheets
- Ensure all timesheets are received
- Ensure all timesheets are authorised by Managers
- Chase Managers for authorisation as required
- Enter data on employee spreadsheet
• Copy employee spreadsheet monthly in line with payroll dates
• Process purchase invoices in Sage
• Check supplier statements against Sage
- Request copy invoices if required
• Liaise with suppliers regarding payments
• Print invoices from supplier portals
• Process timesheets for job costing on Sage
• Liaise and set up new suppliers on Sage. Once completed, send details of new suppliers to admin.
• Staff expenses reconciliation
• Process credit cards for company
• Provide IT support to staff
• 1 year experience using Sage 50 Accounts essential
• IT literate – Word, Excel and Outlook
Working hours are 8am – 4:30pm over 3 days per week/flexible.
