Due to our clients continued growth we‘re currently looking for an administrator to join their team based on the outskirts of Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ administration experience, be educated to GCSE level or above and have excellent PC skills particularly Excel. You will also have a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal & communication skills and organizational skills.
To speak to customers on the phone and answer emails and place orders onto the system.
To print all packing sheets.
To send any orders to suppliers, book in all goods with the quantities checked and amended accordingly to the goods in paperwork on the system and report any shortages or rejections.
To carry out any other duties as required by the Managers of the business.
