Due to our clients continued growth we‘re currently looking for an administrator to join their team based on the outskirts of Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ administration experience, be educated to GCSE level or above and have excellent PC skills particularly Excel. You will also have a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal & communication skills and organizational skills.

Main duties

  • To speak to customers on the phone and answer emails and place orders onto the system.
  • To print all packing sheets.
  • To send any orders to suppliers, book in all goods with the quantities checked and amended accordingly to the goods in paperwork on the system and report any shortages or rejections.
  • To carry out any other duties as required by the Managers of the business.
