COVID-19 Business Process Update

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak we have made some immediate changes to our working practices for the interim period and we will continue to review, monitor and update in-line with government guidance.
Effective immediately, all candidate registrations will be dealt with on an appointment basis only. Candidates will need to first call the office on 01353 664200 to make arrangements. Any candidates asked to attend our offices will firstly go through a number of checks as follows:
- Have you returned from any of the affected areas as detailed on the government website in the last 14 days
- have you been in contact with anybody with that has been advised to self-isolate or has been tested positive for coronavirus
- do you have any of these systems: Cough, Fever, Shortness of Breath
All candidate’s queries will be dealt with either on the telephone or via email, we ask you not to visit our offices in person.
All Client visits and meetings are currently postponed or will be replaced with conference calls.
We would like to re-assure all our candidates and Clients that we are set up to work from home as and when required therefore ensuring there will be no disruption to the service we provide.
